1965 Buick Skylark

Description

Here's your chance a a truly beautiful rare Gentlemen's muscle car . First year of the Buick Gran Sport and a small badge Ca black car car to boot . Correct matching numbers LR 401 Nailhead aka 445 Wildcat with some updates for power / drivability . Motor was completely rebuilt with heavier cam by Russell Martin ( bought car from Russell's brother ) which Buick / Nailhead people will know was done correct . Added Edelbrock 650 AVS carb with electronic ignition kit , hot coil , Buick finned valve covers , metal 67 GS Star war air cleaner ( have original ) etc . Transmission upgraded to 400 with 67 GS 3 speed shifter . Rear end rebuilt with 3:36 posi  . Later year quick ratio steering box and 15 X 7 rallies with new BFGoodrich tires . Paint was done by owner who was a painter / body man by trade to original color but two stage base / clear . Interior is in great condition believe to be a lot of original pieces still in place . Top is great condition as well and everything is in working order other than clock in dash . I've owned car a few years now and really enjoy it but to be honest I'm not into red cars and can't bring myself to paint it . I don't have to sell it nor am I in a big rush . If right owner is out there ready to take the car and enjoy her I'll let it go . I believe the pictures doing must the talking for me . Thanks and happy hunting .
