IF you do not have a commercial business address with business name that you can use for delivery, please ask us, as we have several hubs around the country where we can ship the item to, and you can pick it up when it arrives. Not providing a commercial address with business name will result in delays in your shipment. We CAN ship to a residential address, but price must be discussed in advance as it would result in residential delivery fee, which can range from -0 additional.     You will see two tracking numbers for freight orders
    The first tracking number assigned to your freight order will be a letter we will send out with USPS to assign a tracking number to the order. eBay needs to see a tracking number with tracking movement and some freight carriers do not cooperate with eBay's tracking system, so we need to have some sort of movement on the tracking nuber so we don't get penalized for late shipment. The secondary tracking number is the PRO number for your freight order along with the freight company handling your order. You will have to visit the website of the freight carrier indicated in the tracking information and input the PRO number to see tracking information for the freight shipment.  If you need any help finding the website of your freight carrier, we are more than happy to help out with a link that will show you where your order is at any given time. Freight orders take longer than ground shipping orders to arrive, so please be patient when ordering a freight shipping item.
